Dragon Staff Back to School: Cross Unders (1 of 5)

In this class among other movements and explorations we shall demonstrate cross unders. Here we are performing the same translation of the dragon staff on each side of the body (symmetric across the body). By defining the cross unders by what the dragon is doing at the point of translation as it passes under the arm we have in order of appearance: NonNative 1. Back to Front rolling Towards. 2.
