Russia slams EU resolution as absurd

Moscow has condemned a European parliament resolution that brands Russia a state sponsor of terrorism as absurd. And while the motion has no legal consequences the bloc has called for a tougher legal framework to be developed in the future. RTs Marina Kosareva takes a closer look at the resolution.
