The Rhythm Studio African Djembe Drumming Group

African drumming classes at The Rhythm Studio in west London offer an introduction to djembe drumming and traditional West African rhythms. Students will develop a command of different djembe drumming techniques, discover the meaning and language of the rhythms, develop their improvisational skills and most importantly have fun in a relaxed but energising African drumming circle. As well as our weekly classes, The Rhythm Studio also organises a regular program of special events, including jam session, performance opportunities and trips to concerts and festivals.
