Booty burn. (No equipment) perfect when in self Isolation or quarantine. Hi, welcome to my second workout video since the relaunch. I would love to hear your comments and feedback. This workout is not timebased but is counted by repetition and sets. For the first part its approx 8 reps for 4 exercises.
