Pro Palestine protesters stage sit in at Birmingham New Street Station, I Am Birmingham

Hundreds of people have staged a sitin protest on the concourse of Birmingham New Street Station, with crowds calling for a ceasefire in Israel s military bombardment of, Gaza, killing over 3, 600 people children in only 25 days. Israel claims it has been carrying out retaliatory airstrikes on the Gaza strip in, Palestine to target Hamas militant sites and infrastructure. The station protest action is the latest of several proPalestinian protests in, Birmingham and across the UK.
