Those who are fans of my facebook page if you re interested) will know that my microphones are now working I can now disclose that the issue was that I d lost the serial number for my interface (the piece of equipment that means the microphones can talk to my computer) and as a result couldn t install the software for it on my new computer. After 5 months of hunting up and down my house I visited the Apogee support webpage, and spoke to a v helpful man called Brett, who told me that the serial number was the number starting with S, N on the bottom of my interface.
