The Scrambled Scrapbook (1930)

Old photos, stray sketches, have a place in the heart of most of us. But, supposing they came to life M, S of a man working at a drawing board. C, U of his drawing. It is a line drawing of three men riding horses. We see the artists hand in shot shading in the sky and grass. Shading continues then the drawing magically turns into a photograph, the photograph then turns into moving picture film. We see the horses move. It is a rodeo. A flash of life, rising in our memory takes A torn photograph appears magically to reform (film reversal is used). The photograph then comes to life and turns into moving images of a man hurdling. Bit by bit the old sporting thrills come back to us. And our unique slowstopforwardreversecamera makes them live again Again a torn photograph reforms.
