Linda 10987654321 reps of: Deadlift 1. 5x Bodyweight Bench Press Bodyweight Cleans 0. 75x Bodyweight Time: 14:20 I realize the bench doesn t quite go to full depth. I hurt my left shoulder benching a couple years ago, and it still bothers me, especially with increased fatigue. If this one came up in competition I would have to go full ROM, but until then I m trying to limit shoulder pain. Had a real mishap on the round of 2 s, was using a bar that was slightly bent from someone doing very heavy squats, and as I lifted off, the bar rotated and flipped off my hands. Did not feel nice one bit. Looks pretty bad too ; )
