The cutest mouse you ll ever see and how I raised her
Finding and raising an orphaned mouse. We found 2 mice around a week old on our sidewalk and knew that they wouldn t survive unless I helped them. I learned a lot via YouTube videos as well as online websites. Mice are very difficult to raise from such a young age due to many factors. They are very small for one. They must be fed every 2 hours around the clock for the first couple of weeks. You will also have to help them potty since they can t go on their own at this age. Keeping them warm as well as the correct mixture of formula is essential; they won t eat or digest food if it s cold. Baby mice have no fat stores to help with this. Once their eyes begin to open during the 3rd week they should be able to go potty on their own and the feedings change. Weening can soon begin as well.
