The newest (and cutest) babies have arrived at the Wellington Zoo baby meerkats. They are soft and furry and dont sit still for too long. Theyre born with their ears and eyes shut, no bigger than a tiny matchbox toy car. Zookeper Danielle Rae explains that at a few days old, they need their privacy and cant come out of their burrows just yet, but they will be ready at four weeks old.
