Flow Poetry , Poem 1 THE WAY OUT

This is the opening episode of the Flow Poetry episodes. In this episode, I share my approach to the music. I think it is better not to dance at all than to dance just for the movement. The melody, the music ALWAYS comes first. We should take our time to listen to the beat, medley and the feeling behind the music. The body just follows the feeling you grasp from it.
