Bloody and Broken

Everyone on the team is a little beat up right now. Rob has an upper back issue, Scott has a lot of swelling in his knee, and Wes dropped a weight on his foot and ripped two nails off in an awesomely bloody mess yesterday. So today was a light day to get moving and do what we could to keep getting better Special guest: Kiko Alonso of the Philadelphia Eagles
