How to craft hover double Judge cannons

This is hover for 6k ps, with 2 upgraded for reload speed cannons Judge. I use cabin Harpy for more explosive radius, and drivers stonedeaf or hans, this is depends of that what the player want. This hover is low live, but if you can drive good, and have skills for hover, all will be great. Just dont stop to moove on the map and you will be win.
