Carli in the Middle

Veteran Carli Lloyd has played several different roles in the center of the midfield for the U. S. Women s National Team over her long career. As the USA heads into the 2014 CONCACAF Women s Championship in search of a berth to the 2015 FIFA Women s World Cup, Lloyd is embracing her current position, which finds her closer to the forwards, while never forgetting her defensive responsibilities.
