Aardvark ( Nashville) Salty Dog, The Kiss That Touches Me (1972, Bullet)

A subsidiary label of JEMKL (outta Miami Nashville) may hint at possible locations for this band. Salty Dog blasts off with some dischordant distortofuzz, and later features liberal doses of wahwah. It is essentially an uptempo late sixties rocker with a driving beat, like Emergeperiod Litter but with less bite. Kiss is a soultinged lastdance ballad. (Max Waller)
