Vugar Mаmedov Artist Vugar Mammadov was born on March 25, 1966. Prior to entering the St. Petersburg State Art and Industry Academy named after A. L. Stieglitz in the department of monumental painting, he graduated from the art school of the academic school of painting. Since 1998, is a member of the St. Petersburg branch of the Union of Artists of Russia. Participant of numerous exhibitions, including personal ones, in St. Petersburg, in various cities of Germany, Poland, Finland and other countries.
