Scavenger Sea Snails Devour Fish on Beach

Snails are opportunistic feeders, and they often use the incoming tide to their advantage. The tide takes their finger plough shell to the same place its washed any dead fish. Once theyve arrived, their powerful sense of smell lets them hone in on their juicy target. The Finger plough shell begins to suck up any tissue with its deft proboscis.
