35 Minute Total Body Beginner Novice Workout with Weights
This is a great strength workout, for men AND women, for those who are new to weight lifting or using weights in general in their exercise routine. WEIGHTS WILL NOT MAKE YOU BULK LADIES This workout is a full length workout with a warmup, 7 different moves, and a cool down.
