Rain Phoenix s Solo Debut Pays Tribute to Late Brother River

Rain Phoenix s first solo album drops Thursday, the 26th anniversary of her brother Rivers death. On Halloween in 1993, Phoenix died at the age of 23. Extra Senior Music Correspondent Adam Weissler recently caught up with Rain in L. A. to talk about River, which gives an intimate look into death as something to be not only mourned, but also accepted and even celebrated.
