20 Minute Yoga for Olympic Lifters, Chest and Shoulder Mobility
This twenty minute yoga for Olympic lifters focuses on chest and shoulder mobility. I suggest practicing this a few times per week and track your lifts with a photo or a video over the course of a month to see if you ve developed increase mobility. Increased mobility in the chest and shoulder area should be helpful to your cleans, clean and jerks, and snatch lifts.
