A Basic Guide: Source 2 Animated Textures

I spent about 6 hours digging through files, testing failed textures more to finally get a custom animated texture onto the television1 prop. But I figured out how animated textures work in Source 2 I hope someone finds this tutorial useful. I m not very good at making tutorials but I m pretty sure you get the idea from what s shown.
