Fooling around in TES IV Oblivion

As if Oblivion wasn t mad enough I decided that I want my character look like a Cicero from Skyrim. (At least I tried. ) But looks weren t enough to satisfy me and I used mods to make my more Cicero. Mods I use: Oblivion Character Overhaul version 2 Actors In Emotions Actors In Madness My Voice Extender (with additional custom voic
