On Oct. 18, 2011 Oxford Union held a debate on the motion What happens in Russia, stays in Russia, with panelists arguing whether or not the internal political events within Russia s borders are a matter of concern for the international community. Pavel Khodorkovsky, son of the political prisoner Mikhail Khodorkovsky, participated alongside speakers such as Mary Dejevsky, Ed Lucas, Luke Harding, and others.
