Woodturning Big Birch Burl

In this video I take a Birch Burl and cast my largest hybrid to date, you can maybe tell from the video that I started to turn a large hybrid sphere but I decided I would lose too much character so opted for a lamp base instead. . I used a slow set epoxy and teal coloured mica powder, I finished the piece using an abrasive paste a finishing wax and buffed the resin with menzerna buffing compounds My website, shop and social media links. .
