Eric Lilliebridge Meet prep Deadlift training for GPA Worlds (week 1)
My first meet prep Deadlift training day didn t go as planned unfortunately. The cold, sore throat I caught earlier in the week basically turned into a respiratory infection now and I ve been very congested the past few days. It made breathing very difficult on each set as I felt like I couldn t get in a full breath like I normally could. It effected me the most on my top set. After the 1st rep, I couldn t breathe good and I wasn t able to fully lock out the 3rd rep because of it. I also had to wear my belt
