THIS BOOK WAS LITERALLY ALL MY TROPES STUFFED INTO 500 SOME ODD PAGES. from blood and ash by jennifer l. armentroutis is the tropey, high fantasy, romance, actionfilled book i needed in 2020. honestly the back half of this book had me yeeting my phone to the other side of the room on more than one occasion so OF COURSE i had to scream about it here. i bingeread this in 24 hours ok. me fancast ben barnes again laughs nervously slight spoilers in this video (although not really technically, from what i ve cobbled together doesn t quite given away much). i mostly just hope this is compelling enough for y all to read it. get through the first 200 pages and enjoy the ride.
