During this time she is allowed to release the old energy her body has carried and prepare for reconnection to the Earth Mothers fertility that she will carry in the next Moon or month. Living in a hectic city, it becomes easy to accumulate stress in our bodies and minds. The full moon is the perfect time for me to relax, unwind and reflect upon how I ve been doing in the past cycle.
