Yoga Exercises with a Roller In this video, I will be using a roller to help with my exercises. First, I will begin by doing an easy pose. I will do some simple stretching exercises to warm my body up. Next, I will do a seated straddle pose. This will stretch your legs. From there, I will bend my knees, while still in the seated straddle pose. I will lean forward to maximize the stretch. The next exercise, I will place the roller underneath my back while I am in the reclined position. This will stretch your back. Next, while in the reclined position with the roller underneath my back, I will continue to stretch my legs by doing the reclining hand to foot pose. I will continue by doing a variation of the reclining angle pose. I will spread both my legs outward like a split, to maximize the stretch. The last part of the exercise routine, I will use the roller to help with stretching my legs and glutes.
