Reel 2. A film made for the Scotch Whisky association how Whisky is made. Highlands of Scotland. Various shots of stacks of barrels in warehouse. A man taps the barrels to check them. Various shots of blending and bottling plant. Doors are unlocked. Casks are rolled on to the blending floor. Bungs withdrawn and samples are taken. Man in lab coat tests samples by sniffing them. Natural sound; man explains to camera he is checking maturity of pure malt whisky before blending them. He checks smells of samples. Casks are emptied into blending vats.
