3 BLD average of 12 First sub 20

So stoked to have gotten this. And on stream of all things Previous PB ao12 was I also got an PB ao5 here in the beginning, which was PB by 0. 03, but PB 3 days ago was :o Feels awesome to be improving again at an event where I ve felt for a long time that I d permanently plateaued. Even after 5+ years of grinding, I m still getting relatively big PBs :)))) Note: the timer on the screen is delayed relative to the video by about 2 seconds. Sorry, not much I can do about that.
