More shots of Fritz and Virginia Matescu preparing to go snorkelling and various shots of holiday makers frolicking. Shot of a woman in a bikini possible Virginia lying on a towel. M, S of a long rowing boat carrying a pile of hay down a river not in the original story. Various shots of horses drawn carts and farm workers nice views of Romanian countryside, especially taken from the front of a moving car. Extended sequence in the hay threshing machine and vineyard. More picturesque shots of the red lake and Giurgeului mountains and particularly pretty C, U of poppies. Further shots including some C, Us not in the original of Fritz and Virginia fishing in the lake. Most of the outtake material is fairly similar to the original story. The outtakes are not in the same chronological order as the original.
