Perfecting the You: 710x2 Deadlift 645x3 Conventional PR
Week 1 of this training block started heavy to set the attitude of improvement. Felt strong in the session despite a feeling less than amazing leading up to the session all day. Need to make some dietary adjustments to better facilitate recovery but overall this is a much better starting place than I was at even at 11 weeks out from my last meet and I have 9 extra weeks to work with.
