Where would the NHS be without immigrant workers ; an old and dishonest myth

Whenever the subject of immigration comes up in Britain, somebody is sure to raise the matter of staff in the National Health Service, suggesting that without immigrants, the NHS would be in a bad way. The flaws in this argument must surely be apparent to a bright five yearold; let alone leftwing adults.
