Ajman Marina was designed to become a mixeduse project focused on Business, tourism, residential and commercial components. The project, located near the Kempinski Hotel and spread over 25 hectares around 240, 000 is opened to all nationalities according to Ajman City s freehold policy. The total project is expected to be completed by the end of year 2013.
