The new feature film is produced by Johnson, Dany Garciaand Hiram Garciavia their Seven Bucks Productions, andBeau Flynn via Flynn Picture Co. Executive producers includeAuliiCravalho, who voiced Moana in the 2016 film, andScott Sheldon of Flynn Picture Co. Jared Bush and Samoanindustry proDanaLedoux Millerwill also take part in the production. Bush, who was a director and cowriter of Disneys Oscarwinning feature Encanto and a writer and codirector on Disneys Oscarwinning film Zootopia, wrote the screenplay for 2016s Moana.
