Paired decrease 3 stitches to 2 bunny ears

From a ravelry discussion where Luckyfind describes creating a decrease and I can t leave well enough alone. I think it s very nifty looking. I do think I ve seen it somewhere before, but I can t for the life of me remember where. Whether it s new or not, it is a very attractive centered decrease. Structurally, it s as if you slipped the middle stitch, worked the first and last, and then passed the middle stitch over both.
