this was kind of an alternate take on Ep Rumple went off to dual Hook after making Belle his promise to do better by her. Despite his courage, Rumple is mortally wounded by Hook. Belle has no idea, and is waiting for him at the spot he told her to be if she wanted to be with him. She realises too late when he doesnt show, that something has gone terribly wrong. As they try to save Rumple, he remembers all the memories he had with Belle, while a voice in his head that sounds like Belle
