Ghostly Figure Captured By Ships CCTV Camera While Of The Coast Of Somalia

While this ship was sailing of the coast of Somalia the crew were ordered to their quarters and all lights where turned off as not to attract any unwanted attention from the pirates. As this was the case the witness told me that nobody was or could be on the decks as the ship was locked down. Just before this figure emerged we can see this white mist that seem to go over the where this apparition appears with seconds later the Maritime Phantom turns into a black mist and vanishes.
