Threw 5. 5 kg Post Hole Diggers using SKANF Reverse Grip

I created this video 1 year ago to demonstrate that a 72 year old man using the SKANF Reverse Grip Technique that I was able to throw a set of 12 lbs. (5. 5 kg) Post hole diggers from 3 3. 5 meters. This was my first attempt, and it took 2 throws to stick them. I learned the Reverse Grip from my Skanf teacher I do not think he ever saw this video. I posted this video for him because he has offered to give me a few more lessons.
