30 Min Pilates Workout with a Small Ball Total Body Pilates Ball Flow
This is a total body 30 min Pilates workout with a small ball. If you don t have a Pilates ball, you can use a small pillow instead. Watch a quick preview of class here: EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Small Pilates ball (doesn t have to be the exact same size I m using, but for reference, mine is a 7. 5 ball) We start with a warm up and then move into deep core work with the ball pressed against our thigh. We ll then move into side body work (hello, inner thighs ) and we finish class with some triceps, reverse tabletop, hip bridge work. If you re used to taking Classical Pilates classes, this will be a smidge different.
