Super highly request DIY. Do you want to wear it outfits to school I remember I made a sailor moon inspired dress last year. This time you dont need to make the bodice with lycra. You can just transfer a tshirt. Also I made a cat ver seifuku. I m in love with cats If you are too, you could add ears on your seifuku too. This is optional.
