Saitama, Kawagoe festival 2023 4 K HDR

14 SEP 2023 +18 4km This September Kawagoe city in Saitama prefecture held a festival after a 2year COVID break. There were significantly more people than in Shibuya, and the organization was much worse. I was stuck in one place for 15 minutes, unable to move forward or backward. The festival had numerous food stalls and wheeled dashi floats.
