Tories Had No Option With Lee Anderson
Sadiq Khan has criticised Lee Anderson, the former Tory deputy chairman, for making remarks, claiming Islamists control the London mayor. Anderson s comments, following proPalestinian protests, faced condemnation from some Conservatives. Khan accused Rishi Sunak and his Cabinet of a deafening Anderson stated that he doesn t believe Islamists control the country but claimed they influence Khan and London. The remarks were called Islamophobic, antiMuslim, and racist by Khan, prompting criticism from Labour and some Conservatives.
