Hong Kong burglar climbs scaffolding to 10th floor flat to steal handbag with pole and hook

In the footage, the burglar is seen standing on what is believed to be construction scaffolding outside the livingroom window of a flat in Sham Shui Po. The thief took about 45 seconds to steal the handbag through security bars on the window, before being noticed. He managed to escape with the bag.
