Anchor church caves at Ingleby, Derbyshire, ancient history and Environmental rant and moan
Anchor Church at Ingleby, i was going to edit out the rant n moaning but thought, sod it let it be said, it is how I felt at the time of seeing the Gravel extraction near a Grade II listed area and a natural cave listed as a Local Wildlife Site and species of note. but I did manage to tell of the new survey completed this year on the older use of the caves and how they are thought to be the UK s oldest intact domestic dwelling so hope you enjoy
