Bouillebaisse Aka Bouillabaisse (1967)
Villefranche, France. Several shots of the harbour at Villefranche; there are lots of boats moored; a man is fishing from the quayside; a young man in a stripy jumper paints the waterfront houses. As a man pulls up to the quayside in a fishing boat, a chef runs out from a waterside restaurant to greet him and takes a basket of fresh fish and seafood from the man. At a table in front of the restaurant we see the chef chopping up vegetables to put into a large cooking pot on a portable stove. He puts whole fish into the pot and stirs it; diners at tables in the restaurant look on. The chef serves the finished Bouillabaisse stew onto a large serving dish mmm It looks delicious Diners are served their plates of stew. Cuts exist see separate record.
