Dark Striation Across Southern Sky in South Texas

A dark streak presumably hundreds of miles long across the southern sky in South Texas on February 6, 2015 at approximately 3:20 PM central time. The streak was moving southward slowly, albeit much faster than the surrounding cloud cover. Explanations of scientific nature are welcomed in the comments, I m leaning toward the HAARP thing.
