Russias FSB has detained a Ukrainian man with German citizenship who had been carrying out bomb attacks in Russia. In March of this year, he sabotaged a gas supply pipeline in the northwest of the country. He was arrested while reportedly preparing for a new attack. RT s Murad Gazdiev reports.
