Â100 cash prize is on offer for this cartoon competition and other consolation prizes. This is the sixth of ten cartoons by Poy the famous cartoonist. The cartoon represents the title of a wellknown song. The competition entrants have to guess the answers to all ten to be in for a chance. Simply send a postcard to Pathe s, 103 Wardour Street, London C, U of Poy bending over a table to draw. He seems to be backstage in a theatre he smiles at the camera Through stop frame animation we see his drawing take shape. It represents three men dressed in suits standing around a snooker table. One man has a monocle, another smokes a cigar. One man says: Bejebers. Look at the holes ye ve worn in me noice (sic) green The monocled man replies: What about it It has worn well hasn t There are big holes in the baize. Poy signs the picture.
