Resection of the ureter with end to end anastomosis

Deep endometriosis of the right parameter with stenosis of the right ureter and 7 residual right kidney function. We performed ureterolysis followed by resection of the ureter and endtoend anastomosis. Associated lesions: multiple nodules of the upper rectum, sigmoid colon (subocclusion), small bowel, caecum and appendix. We performed: resection of the right parameter colorectal resection small bowel resection with lateroterminal anastomosis resection of the caecum and the appendix bilateral salpingectomy Operative time 4h
